The team behind EquaFish are driven towards creating actual value for land-based aquaculture facilties. The story began in January 2024 when Eirik, and Finn attended a conference on land-based aquaculture. The team was introduced to the complexity of fish production on-shore and the difficult dance between water quality and feed. They could not leave the thought of entering this industry to provide their help. With backgrounds in telematics, system architecture, and entrepreneurship the guys got to work.

After 600 phone calls, 16 facility visits, 14 AQ conferences and hours of programming, EquaFish now enables assessment and analysis on all the available data in seconds. Data driven decisions have never been easier.

In May 2024, the first pilot customer was on board and we started programming. 6 months later with constant feedback from them and from other industry players, the product is ready for testing. The EquaFish solution is live!
